No one ever called to check in and see what was going on when i had told the initial rep on ordering that the barricades were only needed for 2 weeks and that we were coming in from out of state for the work. My local branch is far more reliable and trust worthy than the branch we rented these barricades from. I will continue to use united locally for trench safety but will be discontinuing all out of market work with united due to this situation. Ide rather give my business to someone or a company with better business practices and ethics instead of some one who allows the rental to intentionally ride for months so they can make thousands of dollars on un needed or uaed equipment.
