I came in to buy sunglasses for myself and Janeth, the store manager, was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect pair and made sure I was comfortable with the style and fit. What really stood out was that Janeth also suggested a pair of glasses for my wife—and they turned out to be perfect as well! She clearly knows her products and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. Excellent customer service—thank you, Janeth!
- JRJeremy RyderDec 15, 20191.0Had to constantly track down the team members to get help with glasses. After the individual walked off three times even after I said I wanted to buy a pair of glasses I gave up and walked out. Dissapointing service or lack thereof.
