The store hours clearly say they close at 9:00 PM, but at around 8:50 PM, a staff member asked if I was looking for a specific brand. I politely said, “I’m just looking in general, thank you, I’ll let you know.” She then told me, "You can come back another day because we’re going to close the store now." It was clear they just didn’t want to deal with a customer that close to closing time — even though they were still technically open. If the posted hours say 9 PM, customers should be welcome until then. I wasn’t being difficult or taking up excessive time, just browsing respectfully. Very unprofessional and off-putting. I won’t be returning to this location
