  I had a terrible experience at this Ray-Ban location, specifically with a sales person named Lauren, who also claimed to be the manager. She sold me the AI Meta warranty and explicitly told me it included a one-time replacement for lost or damaged glasses. I asked multiple times to confirm before purchasing, and she confidently reassured me it was covered. I even had another person with me who heard the same thing. When I went back to make a claim, she suddenly said lost glasses are not covered, completely contradicting what she told me at the time of purchase. It’s clear she misrepresented the warranty just to close a sale. To make things worse, she refused to help further and told me I would “just have to reach out to Ray-Ban customer service.” I feel misled, disappointed, and taken advantage of. This is not how a “manager” should treat customers. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend verifying every detail yourself because the information they give you is unreliable.

  Purchased some Ray Ban Meta’s from here, and had a nice chat with Breane, She helped me through my purchase, gave me some helpful tips about the features and we talked about return or exchange policy. Had a good time shopping for my new Meta RaY Ban’s 🕶️thanks to her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🧁😎
