- AEAya EreliDec 16, 20251.0I unfortunately had a TERRIBLE customer service experience here! Magali from the 2nd floor met me with one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever came across. I wanted to do a very simple return and had my order barcode pulled up and ready and she immediately denied me service because I didn’t have my tags. My niece works at Nordstrom as we speak so I know that you can still return with your order number or barcode for your return; the tags are NOT needed. Magali continued to INSIST that it needed to be required— EVEN WITH OUR BARCODE. She continued to cut us off and raise her voice so she can completely drown out any attempt of us even speaking to her. Thankfully, a very sweet girl from the 1st floor gift shop (I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to get her name) was able to help us with our return since we only needed our barcode. As a Nordstrom regular, I’m still genuinely appalled by the behavior I had to experience. I would’ve understood if I was being difficult or rude or didn’t have any receipts to being with but I came in very respectfully— I don’t even like confrontation or dealing with such negativity. Again, thankfully we received the Nordstrom experience with the kind young girl from the Gift Shop! But I think Magali needs to look into a different field of work. I don’t think customer service is her strong suit. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ON THE SECOND FLOOR! Magali is close to lingerie and is NOT cooperative! Avoid that register at all costs, she will REFUSE service and the return!
- BLByoon LinDec 12, 20251.0Their alterations department and/or sales associates LOST a coat I dropped off for alterations. There was no transparency in their explanation. Their manager was only able to say that a review of surveillance video showed the coat slipping from the hanger onto the ground, but astoundingly they said the video did not reveal what happened to it afterwards. Someone had to have picked it up and stolen it for it to go missing, right? Their explanation was incomprehensible and utterly suspicious. Would you trust them with alterations again after this?
