The Nordstrom rack in Oak Ridge has a great selection of men’s clothing as well as women, clothing, and shoes. I love that they have at least four registers open so that they can get us customers through promptly. It is our go to place to go shopping.

There was no effort to verify the terms, escalate the issue, or help in any way. The dismissive attitude was disappointing and not what I expect from a manager. I also usually receive a post-purchase survey after shopping at Nordstrom Rack, but did not receive one this time, which felt odd given the situation.
