Huge shout-out to Cindy at the Valley Fair Lululemon. She went way out of her way to help me find the exact pants I was looking for—kept searching even when they weren’t immediately visible, tracked them down, and personally brought them over to me. Absolutely incredible service. Thanks, Cindy!

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, I walked in with my fiancé and automatically the girl was judge-mental and making assumptions. I ignored it but as soon as I’m looking around I can see her constantly watching us and she approached us and asked if we needed help which is cool, despite her judging us even though I have money to buy stuff. My fiancé told her she needed a specific size and they didn’t carry that size which in my opinion why even be open if you’re only going to carry up to a size 14. Not everyone is going to be a 14 the biggest size should be 20. So I feel like y’all need to fix this whole judging type thing and get bigger sizes. And she also followed us on our way out and when we told her about the size we wanted and how she didn’t have it she just looked at us with a messed up look so that’s why we left. Never ever spending money here or with Lululimshits again. I’ll be also calling corporate about this since I’m from a corporate backround and I’ll be mentioning the way they act towards a specific race comes in and how they are not to mention the lack of plus sizes in store and only online.

I recently purchased a pair of pants and a jacket from this store, paying $150 for each item. The overall staff was friendly and helpful during the shopping experience, which I appreciated.
However, after just two washes, the hemming on the pants started coming undone, which was really disappointing given the premium price point and lululemon’s reputation for quality. I brought it back to the store hoping for understanding and a reasonable resolution.
Unfortunately, the store manager’s response lacked empathy and didn’t prioritize the customer experience. The way the situation was handled felt dismissive, and it didn’t align with the brand’s usual high standards for guest satisfaction. While hemming is a complimentary service (and I understand it comes with some risk), I expected more care and support when the stitching failed so quickly.
That said, the general staff (aside from management in this instance) were good and professional. I’d still shop at lululemon for the quality of most products, but I hope the team can improve how they address these kinds of issues in the future—more compassion goes a long way!

I ordered a pair of leggings online from this location. Sad to say they can't count and their inventory was incorrect. My order was cancelled, my gift card balance was not reissued, and now I cannot even order the leggings elsewhere. Used the live chat and they said there is nothing they can do either - it will be a while until I can get my money back I guess. See you later Lululemon - hello Vuori, Alo, and all the others that are currently doing better at customer service and logistics.

I had a great experience at this Lululemon location. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful when I came to pick up my hemming order, even though I was missing some of the information they needed. They took the time to sort everything out and made sure I was taken care of. I really felt valued as a customer. Thank you for the wonderful service!
