Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

My order was cancelled, my gift card balance was not reissued, and now I cannot even order the leggings elsewhere. Used the live chat and they said there is nothing they can do either - it will be a while until I can get my money back I guess. See you later Lululemon - hello Vuori, Alo, and all the others that are currently doing better at customer service and logistics.

The staff were incredibly patient and helpful when I came to pick up my hemming order, even though I was missing some of the information they needed. - ABAlexis BNov 10, 20251.0I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the Lululemon in Valley Fair, especially from the team and the “lead.” I have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years, and to be treated as if I was about to commit a shoplifting crime was beyond disrespectful. While checking the price of an item, I was approached by two employees. One of them walked all the way over to me specifically to ask if I “needed help,” but it was obvious she was only trying to see what I was doing. After hearing my response, she immediately walked away without any genuine concern or customer service. It felt intrusive and accusatory. What made the experience even worse was the lead’s reaction. When I expressed how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt, she completely disregarded my feelings. She didn’t even look me in the eyes. She just continued fixing a mannequin and brushed me off. As a loyal customer, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am very upset by how I was treated and, at this point, I won’t be coming back to this store anytime soon. Lululemon should take customer concerns seriously and train their staff to treat everyone with respect.
