  Don’t go here. Both of the staff were extremely unprofessional—the white lady with short hair rolled her eyes, ignored me, and was very rude even though I was polite and said thank you. The man was just as unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, a terrible experience. They changed my impression of the brand in a very negative way.

  At first, when you walk into the store, they are very friendly. But the moment you have an issue with a product or need to make a return, they become very rude and completely ignore you. I will never visit this store again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

  I had a truly fantastic experience at this Longchamp store. Jovany went above and beyond to help with a very complicated gift exchange, but he was truly gracious and patient. They have a HUGE selection of old and new handbag designs. You can call/text ahead to make sure they have exactly what you’re looking for. Ask for Jovany…he’s truly an excellent person to work with 🙂

  The store’s associates here are really helpful! I had a belt customized to exactly my waist (that’s how they sell their belts here—they are all the same length and then they cut it to fit you specifically.) It’s a nice old fashioned tradition for the company that even Burberry / other luxury brands do not offer. I had gotten a belt from the Longchamp store in Paris and took it in here when I was back in the US to get customized and they made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it to be so you don’t have too much extra belt on one side of the belt and you don’t do the punching of extra holes method, which makes the belt so ugly. The Google Maps location for this store is wrong though. It’s actually right between Rothy’s and Jimmy Choo on the first floor.
