  I brought my friend who is elderly in to go shopping. The experience was great while we look for shoes for her to try on that she might like the workers helped to find things that would work for her as well. We were able to scan items and the cashiers were so helpful as we came up with a subtotal and total, and I brought back the information to my friend, and she made her final decisions and we went and finally made our purchase of two shoes within her budget that she absolutely loved Then we got in the car and left for dinner and realized that we left her walking cane at the store we called corporate and they contacted the store on Stevens Creek and they immediately called us back before we even had to call them letting us know that they had the cane What a relief I forgot to pick it up a week has gone by and I was so pleased and impressed with the customer service and the care. They just called me right now to remind me that they still have the cane and we’re saving it for us it’s so important for us to remember those who have special needs thank you DSW warehouse. I tried out the computer scan thing for my foot and it recommended insoles and now I feel so good about how the store treated me. I’m going to make that purchase thank you again

  Plenty parking space. Awesome range of footwear as well as lovely bags, socks, some clothing and even toys. Great competitive prices with good bargains and markdowns. You will find something for the whole family. The staff are friendly, helpful and readily available to assist.

  Worst DSW I have been to. The employees know nothing about shoes. They pointed me to one female employee near the entrance who was busy talking to her colleague. When I asked for help she pointed me to 3 random areas and basically told to go figure. I was amazed to see that the employee continued standing there and chatting the whole time I was there in the shop (30 mins). When I left empty handed the lady didn’t even bother asking. These sort of employees should be fired and people should be employed who enjoy doing their jobs.
