Brought back to the store under the two year warranty promised at purchase. Was told it’d be repaired free of charge under the warranty. 4 weeks after, had to call and found out that bvlgari would charge $170 to polish it. Bvlgari said the fast tarnish is normal wear and tear. Not something I expect for a $3.8k necklace. Don’t ask me to email your customer service email. I already did, no response. Would like to return the necklace please. I don’t want to baby sit the necklace and pay $170 every 6 months to polish it.
