  Alex at Bvlgari was absolutely wonderful. When I came into the store, my watch bracelet was too tight and she was very warm and welcoming right away. I explained the situation, and she immediately responded and helped adjust my bracelet without hesitation. On top of that, when I mentioned I was looking for something dainty and minimal for everyday wear, she took the time to show me some beautiful necklaces that were exactly my style. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Overall, Alex made my visit such a pleasant one—I truly appreciated her help and great customer service.

  Beautiful store I love coming here and looking at the jewelry on display. Absolutely stunning work you have to see in person.

  Poor quality, breach of warranty, hidden repair fee. Bought a mother of pearl necklace last December, and 5 months after it’s already tarnished. Brought back to the store under the two year warranty promised at purchase. Was told it’d be repaired free of charge under the warranty. 4 weeks after, had to call and found out that bvlgari would charge $170 to polish it. Bvlgari said the fast tarnish is normal wear and tear. Not something I expect for a $3.8k necklace. Don’t ask me to email your customer service email. I already did, no response. Would like to return the necklace please. I don’t want to baby sit the necklace and pay $170 every 6 months to polish it.

  It’s a pity that I liked the design of Bvlgari but the quality is disappointing. And sending my ring back to the factory doesn’t help in any way.
