If you want to buy a gun, save yourself the time and headache and just go to other local gun store. This is the costco tireshop of guns, expect 3-4 hour of wait and because of the 10 days wait on firearms that would be 6-8 hour of your life gone when you could just go to a local gun store and get service done under 30 mins. Ammo is fair game tho as long as you do online pickup. And don't get me started on the annoying hilton timeshare people near the gun counter that would walk up to you and try to hook you into their timeshare scheme disguised as a "raffle".

Terrible waiting experience, I waited 2hours 15 minutes just to do a firearms pick up and only had 4 people ahead of me and the craziest thing about all this is that I was there at 9:15 AM, 15 minutes past their opening just to be in and out. I had to make a complaint with the manager CHARLES but I will be taking this to corporate in the next few days.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Bill in the firearms department. As a woman, he made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was making the right choices. He didn't make me feel rushed or intimidated as a first-time gun owner. I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a patient and experienced gun dealer.

The staff with grey beard and beer belly for ammunition is extremely rude and condescending. Instead of speaking, he curled a finger to summon customers forward, using gestures as if calling over a servant rather than addressing a paying customer. There was no courtesy, no basic acknowledgment—just an air of impatience and superiority that made the interaction uncomfortable and degrading.

Same unhelpful worst customer service in the industry. No one knows or cares to know how to work a counter or in customer service. I brought in the only copy I have of my lease, and apparently that wasn't enough. I had a bill from the state of california, that wasn't enough. No solutions or help was provided. They don't care, just come back and wait in line again. Grab an appointment or wait in line for hours on end. Nothing matters to them. The store is dirty and dingy. There is dust everywhere. Old and sorry place to shop. Some lessons. Triage your lines. Set up a printing station for your customers. Don't let your staff let a customer go. Don't let staff talk for an hour with an individual customer about their favorite hunting spots, (because they don't care about the customers- they'd rather be hunting) don't let your staff take 2 hour long 10 minute breaks. Create informational pages localized for your customers store, it would take ten minutes to do any of this.
