  Went here last night to find a shirt for a special occasion coming up and I was helped out by a dude named Issac. He is such a nice guy and I felt taken care of from walk in to walk out. He helped me understand sizing, fit, and brands that, “casual man,” and “DXL,” has to offer depending on what I need. I will definitely come back because of his customer service and genuine interaction with me was top tier! Thank you again!

  I had to return some shirts that were the wrong size and the sales woman was very helpful and made the whole process easy. She gave great recommendations for finding the correct size too.

  The person that was there just stayed behind the counter never came out and asked anyone in the store if they needed help the person was on the phone most of the time also the store was very messy not organized it looked a thrift store I have come to that location many times before and I can say the customer service was 5 + and store as well but what I experienced on my last visit was really bad for the brand and store DXL you know I told all My friends not to go to the blossom hill location to go to the Steven's Creek location better I hope you bring back the blossom hill store back to it's glory days again because what I experienced was not good for the brand DXL
