  This review is not about anything fishing or outdoor shopping related- but unique review about the welcoming and inclusive environment we experience here.My son is 14 and has profound Autism, he is non-verbal. He really loves Bass Pro Shops, and we come here often because it's one of the very few places he actually enjoys going to in public.Each time we come, all the staff at this location offer a smile and are very helpful and welcoming. Even if we are just walking around and looking. It is rare to have inclusive businesses and to feel like we are not a bother is a big deal. Thank you to the staff at this location for making it a pleasant experience for us even if we're not shopping for anything fishing related. Haha. Tim here, is a great employee. He helped me become a club member and understand the perks. He was the friendliest! thank you Tim and all who work here. :)

  I'm sorry but this company is selling shoes that are way too price too high the fall apart and I'm kind of upset do not buy Ariat boots

  They have a large staff, yet the coordination is non-existent. I counted over 40 employees, but only one was assigned to the ammo counter while the rest stood around talking to each other. Management is failing to provide proper direction or prioritize customer service where it's actually needed.

  I went in today to get help with finding my first archery bow. I stood in front of the counter of the archery shop for at least 20 min and no one helped me, at least 4 different employees seen me standing there looking for help. I finally went to look for someone and an employee took me to a young guy and told him what I was asking for. Like I told the employee I don't know anything about archery and needed help finding the right bow for me. He looked at me and said to read the packaging on the bow to find what I need. If I knew what draw length and the weight of the bow I wouldn't need assistance. I got lucky when a fellow customer heard me and pointed me in the right direction for me. I always heard good things about the Bass pro shop, but if that's how they treat customers and future customers I don't think I'll shop there. I know my business I will not effect your business but to me it's about the customer service always.
