- KNK NunezOct 31, 20251.0Unprofessional customer service. This was supposed to be a surprise delivery for me from my husband and a lady called me twice to confirm the order. I told her it sounded like my husband was trying to surprise me for our anniversary and she rudely said she had to confirm per their policy and hung up on me. Why would she contact the receiver and not the one who made the purchase? It was paid for and address was provided, where was the confusion or the need to call twice?

Then I got a “please hold.” I ended the call and sent my order else where
