  First time for minor alteration. Great experience, helpful staff, and great location. They altered a pair of jeans I bought from a design shop, not Nordstrom's. My new alteration spot!

  Great store with professional and great seamstresses! They work quick and do a good job. Happy with the two suits I had tailored there. Two changing room for measuring and trying things on. People are coming in constantly returning items and staff quickly processes the returns.

  Nordstrom Local Fillmore is conveniently located in San Francisco. Customers can pick up and or return Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack items. Their items can be tailored too,…. Otherwise for me, I would have to travel far to Hillsdale Shopping Mall in San Mateo. Mr. Raj Upadhyaya, Personal Stylist at Nordstrom Local Fillmore was extremely helpful, kind, energetic and knowledgeable! I ordered three (3) items from Nordstrom online. Two of my three items arrived. Raj patiently, happily and calmly researched via computer the status of my 3rd item. He called and found out from the (3rd party) delivery services that it was in transit but it’s now currently “unknown” the whereabouts of my Nordstrom package. Raj said if I want, I could either choose to receive a credit refund or reorder the same item. Thank you Raj for your patience, support and helpfulness! All the other employees look professional and hard working at Nordstrom Local Fillmore. Hopefully they’ll bring a Nordstrom retail store back to San Francisco too.
