I was upset and honestly just looking for a bit of peace, and that is exactly what they provided. From the moment I walked in, Kas and Isabelle treated me with the kind of warmth and respect that defines true luxury. They didn’t just see a customer; they saw a person. They were incredibly friendly, took the time to cheer me up and immediately offered me water to help me settle in. They turned my mood around by introducing me to their beautiful fragrance and casa collection, making the entire exploration feel like a fun, uplifting escape rather than a transaction. It’s rare to find retail professionals who lead with such genuine empathy and grace. If you want to be treated with dignity and care, go see Kas and Isabelle.   Excellent Dolce & Gabbana store! The staff is extremely polite, attentive, and professional, making the entire shopping experience truly enjoyable. They are always happy to help with selections and provide great assistance if there are any issues with an order. The level of service is outstanding, and shopping here feels easy and pleasant. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again.
