  I am interested in understanding whether customer service personnel review these comments. Despite being a prominent brand, there are numerous complaints regarding the service rather than the products. I consistently experience difficulty reaching the store, and the website is non-functional. Perhaps it is fortunate that I am unable to connect, as it appears the staff may not be particularly accommodating.

  Appointment is highly recommended. Stock is a bit tough to get so make sure to work with your sales associate early and be ready to buy.

  Pseudoname in use. I'm pretty sure my SA gave me an old box after I purchased my necklace, which just left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to go back to re-exchange the item and pointed this out, to which she gave me a new one that felt new. We did walk in without an appointment, but service was initially a little aloof until it was apparent that we were serious about buying a necklace (only then were we offered water and chocolate). Like it's not a huge deal, but it was just overall weird vibes

  Van Cleef & Arpels San Francisco. There’s no street parking, but there’s an expensive paid garage located a block away. The star was Riley, who handled our service appointment flawlessly. She truly knew her stuff, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly approachable—not stuffy or intimidating at all. Since we live about an hour away, she even offered next-day FedEx shipping back to our home so we wouldn’t have to deal with the drive and parking again, which was hugely appreciated. Professional, thoughtful, and seamless service.
