- JFJason FanFeb 7, 20261.0Booked an engagement ring appointment for 3PM, showed up at 3:05 and was told that the rep (John) was still with another customer. We were brought to our table and were kept waiting for over half an hour. Eventually we had to leave for our next appointment at Harry Winston. When we left, John was still chitchatting with the previous customers, and never even acknowledged us. Super unprofessional - not sure if this is representative of all Tiffany locations or just the SF ones but def will not be back. The worst service out of all the brands we visited by a long mile.
