This is unprofessional and inappropriate. The employees who decided to cancel orders without authorization should be fired. They let down a lot of people Christmas week, because it was drizzling?!! I made a purchase. Fulfill it. Also, they do not answer their phone during business hours. Zero regard for customers

He pulled all different shades he thought I would like and of course with COVId he was so thorough with sanitizing each and every pair I touched which I appreciated. I end up leaving the store so happy and with two products I loved. Thank you Troy!!
