  Yet another terrible customer service experience with the store manager Louis. Read the recent reviews on here, many of them are about issues with the arrogant manager around returns. I went in with a pair of glasses that were 4 days after the return policy. The manager saw it as the return was being processed and immediately shot things down. No store credit. No exceptions. No empathy or compassion. He literally told me that he physically can do the return but will not. He directed me to a customer service phone number that he acknowledged will do nothing for me since it was an in store purchase. I have bought more than a dozen glasses from sunglass hut over the years and have never had such a bad customer service interaction. To whoever owns or operates this store, I hope you’re reading the reviews and seeing what a disservice the management you have is doing to your customers.

  Never buying from them again. They won’t honor their 30-day return policy (because of a supposedly scratch on the frame that I can’t ecen see). Let’s go Amazon.
