Manager wouldn’t let me return a pair of defective Meta Ray Bans 3 days after I bought them, claiming I had to call some Corporate number to initiate the return and it was impossible to do in store. I called the number and was told the manager was entirely incorrect, and that returns cannot be processed online. Ended up going to the Union Square location to return, where they were more than happy to accommodate. Avoid this location - management is incompetent.
