- JJJakeOct 25, 20251.0Called this place the other day to inquire about exchanging a defective pair of Oakley's I bought in Maui. The guy told me I would have to go to the Sunglass Hut in SFO airport to do my return. This made zero sense. When I asked him to explain why, he told me he had to go because he had customers, and abruptly hung up on me before I could say anything else. This was bad service. The location in Union Square took my exchange no problem.

I was verbally warned about it warping to its original shape if it was adjusted, but it just sucks that it resulted in damage instead of just it warping back to its original shape. Perhaps it was because Oakleys were low quality, but the pricepoint at the Sunglasses Hut still sells them at a very expensive price...
