I had a crazy craving for Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake. I do not care for the cheesecake that we eat in the US, but ever since I discovered Uncle Tetsu's spongey cheesecake, I've been in love. It has been a while since I had one so I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they now offer mini sizes. So, you don't have to buy the full size cakes. I quickly ate up half of the cake before I remembered to take a picture. It is very light and spongey and has A LOT LESS sugar than American cheesecake. It is still sweet though for those who watch their sugar intake very closely, as I do (that's why I only ate half). I also stopped at The Shake Shack to buy spicy cheese fries. Again, I ate half before remembering to snap a pic. That's how good both items are. A significant number of the stores in this Galleria have massive discount sales (upwards of 60% off) in some places. I paid $21 for a Victoria Secret item that I was contemplating paying the full price ($80) a few weeks ago. So, I was stoked! For those who do their own manicures, FYI, this mall is my go-to for really cool false nails.

This was technically my second time at this mall, but I have to say it’s one of the most lively malls I’ve visited. I got to experience the Activate game room, which was a lot of fun. I didn’t get a chance to try many of the food court options yet, but I’m definitely planning to come back and check out more of what the mall has to offer.
