She asks if I can come back in 30 minutes when a sales associate can assist me. Okay. 30 minutes later I come back, they walk me in and the whole experience is awkward with 3 associates doing nothing. They sit me down in a nice seating area. Again awkwardly 10 seconds after I sit down the sales associate who I already saw me walk in walks over. I ask her if I can look at and purchase an air king. “Sorry we don’t have that available for you today”. So why the heck did you ask me to come back later when I told you that’s what I wanted?? Time wasters, Rolex is so weird now

We made an appointment to discuss a watch to celebrate my recent retirement, and were seated in a comfy living room setting. A set of watches were brought out to try and additional recommendations were also made. I ultimately purchased a Datejust Wimbledon dial which I didn’t previously consider and now absolutely love. I had no expectation of walking out with a watch same day, but Ashly and Rachel came back with the great news and I was ecstatic. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience!
