Amazing experience, from drop off to pick up. I have a Rolex Submariner, which I wanted to gift my son. I wanted to drop it off for a complete service since I had never had it serviced in the 12-13 years I’ve owned it. I also wanted to have it polished and cleaned and have any parts which needed to be replaced changed.
I walked to the store to make a same day appointment and got lucky as they were able to take a walk-in appointment. I met with Bryce and explained what I needed and why it was important to have my Submariner serviced. I could not remember if I had removed any links. He was able to tell me how many links there were on each side of the band from the watch to the clasp.
Bryce spent a few minutes to put down in writing what I needed to have done to the watch and how important it was to me as I was handing down my Submariner to my son. He quoted me $1,500 and I left the watch, with service possibly taking 6-8 weeks.
About two weeks later, I received a text informing me that my Rolex was back from service. I was able to call and get a same day appointment to pick up watch, which was perfect timing since my son was in town!
Picking up the watch was also a great experience. Very professional. Unfortunately I forget the name of the gentleman who assisted me but it was a great experience. I was told to go over the watch after I was told that the watch had gone through a complete disassembly with all parts cleaned and replaced if it needed to be. The aluminum bezel had been replaced per my request. The crown had also been replaced to ensure that it would still be extremely waterproof.
The Submariner was beautiful. It had been polished and cleaned and looked brand new. I was informed about the 2-year warranty and the included warranty card. The receipt had information as to what work had been done.
I presented the Submariner to my son and as you can imagine, he was more than thrilled.
Again, it was a great experience with a very professional staff at Kerns Fine Jewelry. I was originally going to send the watch directly to the Rolex Service Center in Texas or New York myself but glad I chose to go to Kerns instead; Kerns was actually recommended to me when I contacted the Rolex Service Center.

Daimen and the entire crew at Kerns were fabulous. I'm a huge watch lover and lifelong collector, and of course, needed a Rolex. Daimen patiently walked me through their entire collection, took the time to explain key differences, and gave me fantastic advice about the process and waiting for my perfect piece. I almost squealed with joy when he called me and said he had something special to show me. Daimen was able to nab me literally my top choice - a 36 datejust in purple with diamond Roman numeral accents. I love it so much and am eternally grateful to the entire kerns staff for helping me make my dream watch purchase come true. (And my husband has already tried to borrow it- maybe I'll let him in a few weeks, but for now, I haven't been able to take it off as it brings me so much joy.).
