So I swung by to pick my luggage up, and only then do they ask me to wait for them to fix the obviously broken wheel. They couldn't finish fixing everything broken with my luggage, and explained I could bring it back after my trip and they would fix it au gratis given the frankly bad service. So I took it back, and they fixed it...but charged me $200. Terrible service with luggage that breaks frequently. Spend your money elsewhere
