- EEElleFeb 7, 20261.0I was so excited to pop in here and had high hopes of finding an outfit for my evening out. I was not greeted upon entry and when I asked a question, the gentleman laughed at me and rolled his eyes. Even if they had anything I’d be interested in purchasing, I would NEVER shop here. Terrible customer service.

I left my contact information and my San Jose shipping address, and I was told I would receive tracking information once the item was shipped. After three weeks with no update, I called the store. I was initially told the pants had already been shipped and that I would receive the tracking number within an hour. When nothing arrived, I called again to confirm my email address. That’s when another associate informed me that all of my contact information had actually been lost. Since it was already past their pickup time for the day, they were unable to offer same-day shipping, which means I won’t receive the pants before my vacation—the reason I purchased them in the first place. I passed on many other options during Black Friday because I trusted rag & bone and chose to wait for the hemmed pair. This entire experience has been very disappointing. I love rag & bone pants, but this situation has made me question how much the company values its customers.
