  I appreciate the staff at the Lululemon Fillmore location. I shop here a lot and have been very pleased with customer service. I make a stop at this location at least once a week or so. I’m very loyal to Lululemon not because of its product but its customer service. I want to highlight Danni who continues to go above and beyond her role as an educator. She’s very helpful , considerate, respectful, and classy! I was looking for men’s shorts and she went looking all over for my right size and color. Danni made sure I was ok with the fit as she gave her professional knowledge of the product I was debating. Danni may be tiny but she’s mighty and with a great personality and always smiling. Danni should be considered as a store manager. Each time I make a purchase Danni remembers me by name and that says a lot. She remembers her customers and a hard worker at Lululemon. Danni makes the effort to know the customer vs just making a quota for selling items. She’s honest about the products I ask about and values her roles as an educator at the store. Management should see her kind of work ethic as it is beyond expectations. Look for Danni at the store and you’ll walk out not just with the best fit item but with great customer service. She’s amazing and deserves a raise! I hold the highest level of membership -pinnacle at Lululemon and I appreciate Danni because she knows what she’s talking about regarding fit, color, style, etc. I appreciate Danni and want to share these encounters I’ve had at this Fillmore location. All staff at this location are incredible , hardworking, and very helpful people. Bravo!

  Friendly, pleasant, and helpful staff. I was in the store at the same time as a "Karen" type who was chewing them out. While no employee ever deserves that, they were handling it graciously and hospitably. Props!

  Every time I go to this store Dani is always super helpful and kind. suggesting things we might like. All I can say is when Dani runs the fitting room with it always goes smoothly so maybe the others should take notes from her.

  I need to give a shout out to this entire lululemon store - they did something wonderful for me on a terrible day and it really is impressive. I had a bike crash on my morning commute this am - and my lululemon pants were trashed, greased up from a fairly bad fall. Needed new pants for work (had some meetings to attend). I was one of the first customers in the store today and mentioned I was in a bike crash, needed new pants. The staff helped me find my exact size and color, and as I was walking up to pay, they surprised me by saying that the staff had covered the new pants for me (free!) and that maybe it would help brighten my day. I’ve always been a lululemon fan, but these folks have maybe made me (and my family) customers for life. THANK YOU guys - really turned my day around on a terrible start to the day
