He helped me find the right leggings for the exchange based on how I use them. One note: the dressing room doors are surprisingly heavy, I guess they want you to have a mini workout while you are there.

This past weekend when I politely asked the cashier to make sure she removed the tags (which were not removed the previous time), she completely ignored me and shoved the bag in my face without saying a word.

I have been a loyal Lululemon customer for years now and will never return to the store on Union street again. They were beyond rude and disrespectful, and the representative just very unfriendly overall. I left feeling like I could not get out of there fast enough due to how mean the rep was. After reading the other reviews, this does not seem like an isolated incident and I hope they make some changes.
