  Not into this. the LV bag ladies are weird. Yes, even the counterfeit ones. Oh you didnt know? I've known since like 2002. Love tote bags, where can I find nice ones in the Mission?

  Found a number of staff rude and dismissive when I was asking questions about certain items and checking availability in the San Francisco store (I’m an overseas visitor). I have a large LV collection from other countries and while I don’t dress up to the nines when I visit these stores, (was in jeans, coat and trainers) I still don’t expect to be treated like that. Walked out without making a purchase of which I wanted a couple of items 😩 will wait to buy from my local store

  My husband and I stopped by the store for our wedding anniversary and were really impressed by Koa's customer service. Koa is the operations manager and did not need to spend an hour presenting all the small wallet options, but he did. He saw the long waitlist and decided to step in himself to help us out. He took his time getting to know us, my preferences, and even give us advice on how to take care of LV leather. I ended up walking away with my Rosalie and i feel really good about it :) (Plus, I've heard of people feeling discriminated in the past for what they buy - I'm sure many others have bought higher priced goods than this before but I did not feel like I was served differently.) I have been to many LV stores including ones across the globe, and the service Koa provided to us is the best. Koa was so patient, friendly, and detailed. I felt welcomed enough that I would just stop by and say hi next time.
