  Let’s talk about the best Edible Arrangements ever. I’ve use their services countless times for family and friends in San Francisco and this last go around is what prompted this review. I was in a bit of a sticky situation with the delivery time - the person receiving the gift made last minute dinner plans and I had only a sliver of time where they’d be available. I called the Bay street team and spoke to Nikki about my dilemma and she took on the problem like it was her own and tried her best to make the delivery arrive sooner. I was a bit frustrated because the delivery window was quite large and it sounded like it was going skip my address and then come back later. I was stressed, in a pitch, and needed solutions/alternatives. Nikki needed to contact the driver to confirm anything with me and guess what happens when we get off the phone? The driver arrives at the address as they were hopping into the uber to go to their dinner reservations!!!! Nikki and I call each other at the same time laughing and in deep gratitude that it all worked out! As frustrated as I was at the delivery time (I later learned that MANY MANY people had the same idea as me to gift an Edible Arrangement to a loved one) I greatly appreciated how involved Nikki was in finding a solution for me and took on the problem as if it was her own. Thank you Bay st. Edible Arrangement, team!!!

  My order was supposed to be delivered on 2/11/26. I got an email 6:30 that night way after her office closed that it was delivered. My partner left work early sick the following day and they had the nerve to actually deliver the order when she wasn’t there a day later. She did not get it and is out sick. I wanted refund. I called the store and she said she would text me a form to fill out and send to corporate so I can get my refund. She has since been ignoring me since then. If they delivered it on the correct date and time this wouldn’t have happened. The person at the store said there was an issue with the delivery vehicle. That is not my problem.

  A beautiful fresh flavorful fruit arrangement. Enjoyable down to the kale greenery! II received this as a gift.

  Treat made it to the ordered address but it was not what was advertised or expected.I ordered from out of state for someone very special, but it definitely felt like it did not meet my expectation. EDIT: They have a wonderful customer satisfaction service. Nikki called and apologized for falling short on expectations. She helped me on getting the order redeemed and re delivered to recipient. I greatly appreciate business who make things right. Thank you.
