    I had ordered some shoes online and they were too big. It’s unfortunate because the brick and mortar store only has shoes to an 11M and I’m probably an 11.5. Anyway, I went to return them so I wouldn’t get charged. I have to say I was a bit concerned given the nasty reviews. When I got in line, an associate named Arabella helped me with my exchange. She was so sweet and so efficient, I was done under two minutes. If DSW had my shoe size I would have given them five stars. But I will give them four just because Arabella was so nice, inviting and she ~smiled~! It could not have been easier!

    I’m not sure why most reviews are low ratings, but I had a pleasant experience here. The staff were helpful and kind, the place was clean and had a decent amount of selections. The prices were somewhat reasonable as well. Overall, I think it is a nice place to buy shoes.

    Very frustrating checkout experience with Grace. The total was $53.22. I paid $55.22 in cash and clearly said I wanted $2 back. However, the cashier Grace refused to take my coins, only accepted $55 in bills, and then gave me a handful of coins as change. She didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining at all. This made a simple transaction unnecessarily stressful.
