- AHAlexandra HillJan 10, 20264.0I had ordered some shoes online and they were too big. It’s unfortunate because the brick and mortar store only has shoes to an 11M and I’m probably an 11.5. Anyway, I went to return them so I wouldn’t get charged. I have to say I was a bit concerned given the nasty reviews. When I got in line, an associate named Arabella helped me with my exchange. She was so sweet and so efficient, I was done under two minutes. If DSW had my shoe size I would have given them five stars. But I will give them four just because Arabella was so nice, inviting and she ~smiled~! It could not have been easier!

However, the cashier Grace refused to take my coins, only accepted $55 in bills, and then gave me a handful of coins as change. She didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining at all. This made a simple transaction unnecessarily stressful.
