  Very disappointing experience. I’m tired of these designer And high end to stores acting snobbish, especially at the end of the day you’re working for the company acting like you own it! I walked in here today with the full intent to buy something that I have had my eye on for a while, and I walked in the entire store, stopped and stared at me from the second. The Asian woman who is staring me up and Down the whole time made me extremely uncomfortable. When I’m going to buy a piece of jewelry that’s 5000+ dollars I expect people to be much more friendly and greeting and not staring me down and making me uncomfortable the whole time and it was not only her. It was the rest of them that were gathered in a little circle watching the gentleman that was helping me try on the item I was looking at also was not very helpful. Had a stuck up attitude didn’t try to make much small talk, and I definitely would not want give my business to somebody like that Who will make commission off of my purchase. I’m going to take my business to the San Jose location.

  Thank you to Kim for excellent service when I needed a ring repaired. He kept in touch with me with updates between appointments. Everyone working here is very gracious. I was taken good care of, even with it being the pre-Christmas busy period.

  I highly recommend visiting this Cartier Boutique whether you’re seriously interested in purchasing or simply want to learn more about watches and fine jewelry. The in-store experience makes a huge difference, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. A special shoutout to Paul, who I highly recommend as a sales associate. He did an outstanding job helping me find the perfect ring for my fiancée’s birthday gift. He was patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Overall, an excellent experience and one I’d gladly return for.

  They did better than some other luxury store but the intro so still rough. It did confirm to me though that not all Cartier stores judge you on your appearance. When we got here, they opened the door. Me and my fiancée just kind of stood there looking around. No assurance that someone was going to come grab us. Maybe it's my annoyance at other Cartier stores ignoring us, but I don't think this is acceptable for a luxury brand. But Ganchana, our sales associate, even did come. She was super friendly and helpful, offering us warm tea to help with the cold. She saved the experience. She was very honest, helpful, and informative. Everything you'd want in a SA. They didn't have a few of the love bracelet varietals in-stock at the store, which is a shame. If you're gonna go to a Cartier in the Bay, just go here It's definitely the least judgemental one in the Bay.

  Купила я часы Пантера ,промурыжил Али нас с мужем час ,не особо дружелюбные и квалифицированные,парень отвечающий за пейменты вообще пришел с видом как будто это похороны а не бутик)…раньше заказывала онлайн ,а сейчас знаете даже задумалась ,последний раз за часы не дали даже комплимент гивта,хотя знали что это мой День рождения ,никто не предложил воду или шампанское ,камон!только когда я сама как обычно попросила ,будем покупать часы и ювелирные издели явно не здесь и рекомендовать друзьям тоже не будем .служба поддержки отвечала и теперь тоже утихала ,ребята что происходит ,магазин пустой и вы не можете набирать персонал как следует ?
