  Sent me the wrong size, seemed confused and told me they sent me the right size / had the right measurements. They did not really seem motivated to help me once I pointed out the issues and acted indignant. They did not recall previous conversations about whether it was appropriate to wear the garment I purchases with a pair of pants I already have. They had previously told me it would work well. On returning, they were like "we would never tell you that..." Overall for reasonably expensive clothes that are supposed to fit because you get measured in the store, the associates were not skilled at selecting the right size nor giving advice. Also as a side point, the store is very (temperature-wise) cold and uncomfortable to be in.

  Jesse took care me and found me a great fit for my very important event under an hour. I couldn't ask for more. Great service overall

  This store is really badly run. The three menber staff have no clue how to manage. The store was freezing cold with aircon on when it was 12 deg outside. They keep struggling with the software and their tablets to find available styles and sizes .awkwardly trying to scan sample clothes labels ...and honestly can't even spell straight. I had done search and went with specific styles to check my size etc as a returning customer .. they could not locate half the items I selected and what was worse ..70% of the items were out of stock ! It took me more than an hour to locate 4 items ! The irritating part is ..I was the only customer abd there were 3 of them ..constantly chatting amongst themselves and working on God alone knows what on their tablets ... I have not seen such pathetic attitude and service and lack of availability in a long time. They could not even understand that I wanted delivery to reach me a few days later as I was travelling ..finally I had to agree to an in store delivery and now I have spend an hour and 40 dollars to pick up my order on Monday week..I am a loyal returning customer..but this great brand is being brought to seed by terrible service and non availability of sizes

  Only giving this 1 extra star since the customer service rep (Kiara) was excellent. They have a ludicrous policy where they don’t let you try on their “fashion items” after you’ve tried on one piece of clothing (polos in my case) and expect you to speculate how the other shirts/polos are going to look on you without being able to try them on. I’ve been to the Bonobos store on Santana Row multiple times & I’ve never had to deal with this bizarre policy (nor any of the other retail stores tbh). Definitely ruined my experience, defeats the purpose of shopping in-person, if they don’t let you try on clothes before buying them.

  Roman who runs this shop is by far the best individual I have worked with in my 10+ years of buying from Bonobos. He will help you identify the right fit, the right style, and fix it if it's not perfect. Cant recommend this shop more.
