  My fiancées and my experience at this Cartier boutique was amazing. I’m gonna make a short story long. We initially were on vacation in Vegas but their Cartier boutique only had my ring of choice. So when we continued our vacation and landed in San Francisco, we went straight for their Cartier boutique. Not only did they have my fiancées ring of choice, but the sales rep Dorothy was such a delight to sit and work with. Very warm, personable, friendly, and just an all around beautiful soul, even such to the point that when it came time to leave we were actually sad to go. Not only were we detailing our elopement plans to her but we shared many photos of our engagement, shared stories and photos about our pets, Dorothy told us of her kids and her experiences looking after their cats, and shared many of her personal stories of growing up in Europe. After our business was concluded Dorothy even took the time to reach out by text and wish us well in our marriage, health, happiness, and told us what a joy it was sharing in our experience. I don’t know if our paths will ever cross with Dorothy again in the future but she made our experience at Cartier one of the highlights of our trip. Dorothy, if you see this, Thank you for everything once again!

  We went there to leave a jewelry for repair. Unfortunately the person who we interacted the most was not the most welcoming. We have been to other Cartier stores , this is not the standard.

  The SF Cartier store has been my favorite all those years. And each time, I walk away with another extraordinary piece of jewelry… life without jewelry is kinda meaningless, isn’t it? Fantastic customer service, luxury vibes and no buyer’s regrets.
