  Had a wonderful experience with Ehriykc as he was the only one that greeted me with such a warm and pleasant smile, he showed me around the whole boutique and made me try watches, best service I’ve experienced by far, I will be back for sure.

  i bought a brand new Breitling and wanted some links taken out so i brought it to San Francisco. I was told, the guy who does that isn’t here. I asked, oh, do u know when he comes in? maybe i can come back.. he said, it varies…. so i asked if i can go to any watch store and get the links taken out? and he said no, that band requires a special tool…. and then he said he could actually do it but he’s the only one working the store. but I was the only one in the store…. We’re not building a time machine here, just taking a couple of links out. Really disappointing, I thought this was a luxury brand, but i’ve had better customer service buying a Casio watch from Sears when i was 9 years old. So what i don’t get, is that Breitling sells watches that customers can’t wear because they’re not going to fit. What’s the point of ever going to this store to buy anything if you can’t wear it? If i had bought the watch there, would he have sized it for me? So, Breitling only helps customers who are in the process of buying it? Once you’re out the door, you’re on your own? Just really disappointing, because i really like their watches but I will never buy them again if they can’t be bothered to help their customers actually wear them. Seems like a reasonable request. There are so many other beautiful luxury watch brands out there, why bother with one that has such terrible customer service. Rolex would never do this to me. Also wanted to point out that in looking at previous reviews, all the good ones were from over a year ago, and somebody wrote basically the same thing i did just 3 months ago so maybe management has changed, but its too late to make a first impression. So wish me good luck while i search the country for a Non Breitling store for somebody who can actually get this sized. Or i bought a very expensive paperweight in a paperless world.

  Me encanta el modelo navitimer. El año pasado fui a ver un partido de mi equipo favorito sf49ers y cuando pasamos en el Uber ví su tienda, desafortunadamente pasamos mucho tiempo en el pier y ya no pude regresar más tarde. Queda pendiente regresar por uno de sus relojes

  Came in to get a link removed and was told I'd have to leave it overnight and come back to pick it up tomorrow. Then was told it would take an hour. I was the only one in the boutique. For a simple link removal. Didn't seem bothered about the inconvenience or try to offer any remedies. Deeply disappointed in the level of service offered.
