  This review is gonna be a two parter for two different employees at this Location. I came to the Misson valley vans location looking for a pair of the friendship bracelet vans, and was helped out but Cindy on the sales floor! Amazing service great energy and vibes. She even complimented the olive green charm vans I had on!. I wanted to make sure I highlighted Cindy’s service and attentiveness on the sales floor. However when I got to the register the cashier that rang up me and my mom up, her name on the receipt says “sensei” had a major attitude and was VERY rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and tossed the pen at me when asking me to write down my email…I almost didn’t want to give it..just because of her attitude.

  We randomly walked into the store and we met Nicky who was extremely welcoming and kind. She was knowledgeable about the shoes and was able to help me find two pairs of vans that fit nicely with my wide feet! It's rare to have such great customer service these days and Nicky delivered! She needs a raise or bonus!!!
