Larry took the time to understand us, connect with us, and guide us through the process of selecting our commitment bands with both expertise and sincerity. His deep knowledge of the various ring styles, materials, and craftsmanship helped us feel confident and excited about our choices. He made the experience feel personal rather than transactional, which is something we deeply appreciated. What impressed us most was Larry’s extraordinary dedication when one of our rings required resizing. I initially received an email from the jeweler confirming the expected completion date for my ring, but I soon realized that the date provided fell after our special ceremony but Larry went above and beyond—advocating for us, coordinating every detail, and ensuring the rings were completed five days earlier than expected. His commitment to making this moment perfect for us was truly remarkable. Larry’s level of customer service exceeded every expectation we had.   Went here to fix my necklace that had previously broken twice. As the quality of their jewelry is so poor and subpar in the recent years. I thought this would be a quick trip yet they made me wait around half an hour just to receive some kind of help. Almost everyone that worked there was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming. A worker named Arthur was the only one that seemed willing to help and listen. Ended up wasting about an hour on something that only took a few minutes to fix. Definitely avoid shopping here as their quality has gone down and their staff seem to lack any interest in helping anyone they see as inferior!

  My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Andy on selecting on our wedding bands. He was so thoughtful, kind, and understanding during our selection process; extremely patient as well. He went above and beyond our expectations and cannot recommend him more. Amazing customer service
