  Ting at Rolex Boutique - Fourtané made my Rolex journey incredibly special. I wanted a Rolex to celebrate a major life milestone—my retirement from the Navy—and she made the entire experience feel meaningful from start to finish. From my first visit, Ting was genuine, kind, and so easy to talk to. Every time I came by the store just to check in and say hello, she made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Receiving my dream watch just in time to mark this milestone meant so much to me, and I truly thank Ting for her warmth, professionalism, and sincerity throughout the process. She is an amazing person to work with, and I’m grateful for the experience she gave me. Thank you, Ting!

  I had an amazing experience buying my first Rolex thanks to Ting. She helped me get the watch of my dreams. She truly went above and beyond and I am grateful for that. The boutique level of service was fantastic. We also met Thilo, who helped me understand how to properly use my new Rolex. He is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend Ting, Thilo and the entire team at Rolex Boutique - Fourtané. I will definitely be back.

  My family and I had an unforgettable experience with Ting and Thilo. We normally work with their sister store, Fourtané up in Carmel, and wanted to check out their San Diego location. Needless to say, our expectations were pretty high going in. Thilo and Ting didn't just meet them—they made the whole visit fantastic. There was zero typical luxury retail stiffness; just warm, genuine people who know the brand inside and out. Ting really went out of her way to make my wife’s watch day feel like a real celebration, and you can tell Thilo and Ting are a great team. The Fourtané standard is clearly strong in San Diego. If you want a world-class experience, ask for Ting.

  I was down in Fashion Valley picking up a few things and decided to stop into Rolex to try on some watches, and take a temperature of the customer service, solely out of curiosity to see how Rolex compares to other brands in those two categories. If you've done a minute of research, you have come across a lot of negatives associated with the brand and the dealers. Speaking solely in regard to this boutique, I have had nothing but very positive experiences. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I have had the privilege of working with Carina. She took the time to explain various models and movements, while letting me try on the watches I was interested in. She took note of the models and combinations I was interested in and followed up with me shortly after leaving the boutique. I proceeded to do some more research and inquired about other models that have since sparked my interest; which she was also receptive to. Shortly after, she informed me that she had a model in stock that was on my (now growing) interest list. She was able to find time for me to stop in that worked with my rather chaotic and unpredictable schedule. I say that due to the fact that this is the only Rolex boutique in San Diego, and tends to stay very busy, so I assumed requesting an odd appointment time would be difficult to meet. Upon showing up to the appointment, Carina provided a thorough walk-through of the watch as well as everything included (warranty, etc.). I firmly stand behind the opinion that Rolex provides excellent value for the extremely high quality products they produce. Furthermore, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this boutique, with especially high praise for Carina. Purchasing an item, such as a Rolex, should be a memorable experience. Rolex San Diego far surpassed my expectations, have earned a client for life, and I feel comfortable recommending when people ask where they should purchase their Rolex watches.

  What an amazing experience! My husband Todd and I recently retired and he was looking for the perfect gift to celebrate, and that's what brought us in. From the moment we walked into this beautiful store, we were treated like royalty. We were introduced to Ting who is one of the most genuine people we have ever met. As she was graciously taking the time to make sure she showed him all the options so he could choose exactly what he wanted, I realized one of these beautiful watches is what I wanted to celebrate my retirement, too! Not surprising, it took me a lot longer than my husband to make my choice, and Ting was so incredibly patient as I reviewed all my options quite a few times, not just on that day but on a couple additional visits to the store! I now have my watch and it is absolutely stunning! What an incredibly exciting day that was! Ting made me feel so special. She went above and beyond in every way. She referred to me as "Queen" and that's exactly what I felt like! If you are looking for the ultimate Rolex experience - one you will never forget - I highly recommend you stop in for a visit. You won't be disappointed!
