  We have been coming to Robbins Bros for years now because of the superior quality of their gems/jewelry, the great prices and the outstanding customer service. The last couple of years Garith has been taking care of us and we absolutely love working with him. Its been a year since we have been to the store. We met with Garith again today and were reminded what amazing customer service looks like. He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and fun! We sincerely value and appreciate his honest opinion. Thank you Garith for taking such great care of us!

  This has got to be the best Jewelry store ever! The quality of their diamonds, the prices and customer service is like no other. I have been buying jewelry for many many years and have never felt so good about buying beautiful diamonds as I do with Robbins Brothers. They have an unbeatable warranty, should you lose your diamond they will replace it with same quality diamond as before. Gare Masterson is just an amazing person! Thank you 😊 🙏 💓

  The manager, Eric, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of space to make the right decision, which we really appreciated. The entire experience felt low-pressure and straightforward. My wife left very happy with a beautifully upgraded ring at a very reasonable price. We’re glad we chose them for such an important purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry and honest customer service.

  Bad experience. In & out in less than five minutes. The associate seemed more interested in making a sale than making this a memorable experience for my boyfriend and I. I came in looking for a certain ring (which they didn’t have) but was told over the phone they could custom make it. Also wanted to try on other styles while I was there. The whole time I was trying on rings she didn’t say a word which made it extremely uncomfortable. Eventually she started questioning the style ring I wanted and told me it wouldn’t flatter my finger. She said the style I want is normally only for healthcare workers (whatever that means?). I think she was just trying to persuade me to choose something that was already in store or trying to get me to leave. Either way she had really bad energy to the point where other associates were noticing. Went to David & Sons instead and was treated much better. The other associates are probably better here. Guess I was unlucky. Just sucks that we were treated this way after coming in very excited and hopeful.
