  Rob was fantastic over the phone and was able to give me the help I needed to purchase a bag for my mother’s birthday! Thank you so much! We had to exchange my mother’s bag and Rhiannon was exceptional! She also helped my wife pick out perfume and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend her if you are shopping for Prada!!

  Horrible experience. Came in to exchange my bracelet for a smaller size. They said we were past the 14 day return/ exchange. On Prada.com it states holiday purchases had until January 31 to make a return or exchange. Today’s my bday and my husband was going to treat me to a bag. They literal handed us our bracelet back and said they couldn’t help us. I guess they didn’t want to sell us a bag either.

  Terrible experience. Manager was reluctant to let me return a pair of sunglasses I bought two days ago bc he said they were in “unsellable” condition. Like I said I bought them two days prior and tried them on and realized they weren’t for me. Didn’t realize you couldn’t like products anymore. Best advice he gave was to call the Prada customer service line. Clearly only about profits here.
