- SSSavannahApr 11, 20261.0Not nice. Snarky manager(?). I witnessed her rude attitude to another customer around 4/11 at 4:30pm. The customer wanted to do a return but she said to go to mission valley to do the return. She claims to be the manager. The customer asked for the manager and she replied that she was. The customer was clearly upset. Watching that incident in line made me also feel unwelcomed here. That “manager” later was taking photos with her phone. Not sure why. I hate this location. They need more training on customer service. It’s not looking so great especially when their “management” is like this. I’ve witnessed it twice already at this location. Although the rudeness was not directed at me, it still doesn’t feel right!
- LVLoriann VegaMar 28, 20265.0I would like to take the time to Thank the young lady working in the fitting rooms today her name is Jamaica, my friend went in today to do a return but then decided to shop around and when she went to try on a few pants all of a sudden she experienced an emergency and Jamaica responded promptly and was very attentive and empathetic of the situation. I am very thankful that she was there to help in a vulnerable moment. I truly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond when she didn’t have to, a true sweetheart. Thank you again.

How about if you’re sick just stay home! It was disgusting. There were babies in strollers and elderly folks inside shopping as well just no care in the world. Do better!
