I purchased Saint Laurent 47mm Small Rectangular Sunglasses (Black, Item #11144499, $495) after being explicitly assured by your staff that a brand-new, unopened item would be ordered and held for pickup. Instead, when I arrived, I was handed the same scratched display unit that I had previously rejected. This is not a minor oversight—it is a clear case of misrepresentation and unacceptable customer service, especially for a luxury item at full retail price. I made the trip based on your staff’s assurance. Having my time wasted and being presented with a damaged display product—while being charged full price—is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your store’s standards. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately.

The staff are very helpful; i tried to buy from my none American visa card but it didn't work, because they only accept American cards, and the issue was solved by giving me a card from them and they put money in it after i transfer that. Regarding the online shopping, the expected time for delivery would be more than the actual, i received my package 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date
