  Needed to buy a dinner jacket. Obviously, every dinner jacket needs to be costum fitted, if it's not custom made. I buy the jacket, I wait for delivery, I schedule a tailoring session, I get told in 5s that the dinner jacket cannot be tailored (some button issue) Now, I have no time to buy another. I didn't want to rent. What's the point of these stores and their overpriced garb when they can't be relied on 😕

  I want to give Nordstrom’s Ebar a huge shout out for hiring employees like Nick Z. His customer service is unmatched as well as his creativity when it comes to suggesting the best most refreshing concoction of drinks. He always super friendly, fast, and efficient. Thank you Nick for going above and beyond.

  I recently went to fashion valley with the thought of purchasing some fine jewelry. I was in the department for a few minutes and no one approached me. This was around 1pm when most foot traffic comes in so I totally understand that sales associates get busy! After looking around for 10 minutes I decided to leave. I understand when people are busy it’s hard to get to everyone in a timely manner. Although if I were acknowledged I would have waited longer to be helped properly. No hate towards the department! Just thought some constructive feedback is always needed.

  I’ve been shopping around makeup counters at Nordstrom trying to find a new line, and nothing really stood out until I met Jessica at the Chanel counter. It wasn’t the brand that sold me, it was her. She knew everything right away. I asked for a price, she answered instantly. I asked for a shade, she matched me perfectly on the first try. No guessing, no back and forth. I went back again for an eyebrow pencil, and instead of just selling me something, she actually taught me how to use it better and how to avoid wasting product. That kind of knowledge is rare. I can honestly say I’ve never had a service provider show up this strong. She’s confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely knows her craft. Jessica is truly a gem. She’s a huge asset and should absolutely be recognized and moved up. Service on this level is unheard of these days... Linda x

  Customer services has gone way down hill. Young college girls at the counter just standing around and talking to each other when clearly there are customers waiting to get attended to. I went into Macys and service was wayyy better. Seriously deters me from shopping in person here.
