  Customer service here is terrible. Around August of 2025, my mother brought in her vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 handbag to be repaired as a gift for me. From the start, the process was a headache. She asked that I be listed as the contact person for the repair since the bag was for me. The store associate confmed this was done and that all of the repairs my mother requested could be completed at the repair facility once the bag was shipped out. We asked for an email confirmation and e-receipt of all these details, nothing was ever received. To top it all off, the repairs would take 6+ months to get done and I was never properly added as the primary contact. We called several times for this to be corrected via phone and we were told to come in the store to change the contact information. We did. We gave them my information and I began receiving updates. It turns out they were updates for another persons bag, in TEXAS. February 2026 I discovered my information ended up being mixed up with another customer’s. This was extremely confusing and unprofessional. It required more than extra effort on our end to fix an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. When my mom and I went to pick up the bag later that February (after 6 months), we were told that not all of the repairs could be done on the bag, yet the price that was quoted to us was the same. This was surprising because we were never informed of this beforehand. The bag was also returned in poor condition. It was smooshed in a bag instead of being stuffed or shaped with paper and then properly packed (attached pic for reference). This caused noticeable bending and creases to the 20+ year old canvas my mom had been carefully taking care of for YEARS. When my mom and I brought up the concerns to the personelle and mentioned that we were told the repairs could be done. We were immediately brushed off by the male associate who was assigned to us and stated that they don't do those repairs. For a luxury brand, the customer service is horrendous and does not meet the standard one would reasonably expect.

  Customer service are Rude the managers ruined. I went to to Louis Vuitton fashion Valley store my zipper my speedy 35 did not work and they told me that they’re not going to be able to help me with the zipper of Speedy 35 There were rude. Customer service are rude. I don’t recommend you to go to fashion Valley Mall. It’s better if you want to buy a purse buy it online.

  Have dropped off 2 bags for service, and I am not a fan of the gentleman who is the service advisor. He is very dismissive and rude. One bag after about 8 months had hardware that was tarnishing. He said this is normal and I should clean it. I didn’t know a bag I used a few times in a few months and cost me $2,500 would tarnish so quickly. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by accepting it and cleaning it. Second bag was only a month old and it started to peel. He said I hit it with something and that’s what caused it. Again only used once and I’m super careful, but her it may have bumped something and got scratched and smashed/ tore a bit. He sent it out and again the experience was not the best. Again dismissive and just very short. Not the customer service I expect when spending $3,800 on a tote. After 4 weeks they said nothing could be repaired and gave it back to me. I pick up my bag and once again the guy comes out hands me my bag and quickly runs off. Did not offer to show me my bag, or etc. terrible customer service. Needless to say I will not ever come back to LV in Fashion, and may not buy LV again. Way better service at Gucci, Chanel and Dior. Very disappointing. Just for reference I have 7 LV bags; canvas and black leather
