  had a really awkward experience, buying my loved ones some shoes this past Christmas. I entered the store and was approached about the deals from some people in the center aisle once. OK fine, cool thank you. I move on and pick up a box of shoes that I think my partner will love, then I go to the back where I see a bunch of clearance items. I’ve been in the store for about three minutes, in the time that I walk between three different rows, no less than 10 associates come to check on me. It definitely felt racial as I was the only black person in the store. IDK why they were talking about me through their monitors. It’s not like I went in looking not put together. I have never been approached this many times in a store while shopping ever in my life. It was deeply unsettling, and I didn’t leave simply because my partner specifically requested vans. I will never be shopping here again.

  Something about the environment that makes me feel welcomed. Upon arrival I'm greeted by staff and informed by rafa of the sales of the day. As I browsed around, even more staff kindly asked if everything was okay. Something must be in the air at vans, the staff was very friendly. It made me double back and bring my mom to shop some more! Unlike these other stores where staff can't greet or be friendly, the vans staff killed it! The whole 9am-9pm staff needs a raise.

  EXCELENTÍSIMA ATENCIÓN 🫶🏼 un joven de esta tienda fácil duró 15-20 minutos atendiéndome resolviendo todas mis dudas, me dio opciones de compra para un modelo en específico que necesitaba y que lamentablemente eran muy difícil de encontrar. No recuerdo el nombre del joven pero me llevo una muy buena experiencia gracias a su trato y atención muy buena. 😁😁

  I love this store. The customer service is excellent. The Employees are the best. Very friendly, happy, eager to help, and knowledgeable. Great selection and prices. The experience is wonderful. Highly recommend visit.
