Please stay away from this location. Reviews show for itself as Laura, the assistant manager discriminates and profiles clients. I’m here to share my story, so no one will experience the awful treatment my sister and I endured. My sister and I are considered high end buyers. We were always going to purchase one butterfly necklace that is shy of $19,000. We choose this location because Amex will give you gift cards or reimburse. The first red flag was when my father always has used a payment link and they stated we could not take the necklace with us home. I asked if they held the same policies and they said yes and I have always taken my pieces home with a payment link through my father at different locations. I brushed it off and my sister was parking. I handed cash and they took it in the back shock is understandable. When my sister arrived they took her cash as well to the back which is completely fine. We were sitting in the store as it was completely dead, and was waiting for my dad as he runs a huge business. I told Laura she did not have to wait and she told me as if no one was there. Laura and another worker checked our money and took to the back 5 times. Never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed as she was making it obvious that we were committing fraud. Of course, when the money was real, she was looking for another excuse to humiliate my sister and I. She asked me for my billing address. Got it correct. Then she asked my sister. Got it correct. My dad was not answering the phone, and I stepped outside with my sister on purchasing the one necklace instead of two. All of our cash was left with them, my sisters birkin, and the jewelry was with them. Laura had a worker stare us down and Laura said in front of the entire Neiman Marcus store at the makeup counter “This feels wrong.” We can dispute ur transaction as everyone was staring at us. My sister and I were absolutely humiliated. I bought the $19,000 necklace to make a point. My sister and I purchased a high end piece and were left crying in the car. Barbra the manager, did nothing to solve the problem with not even having the decency to have Laura apologize to us. All I was left with headquarters are on it and I can’t talk to you about this situation. I am filing a lawsuit against both of them. They both should be ashamed of themselves. I am contacting headquarters on both of them. No resolution was resolved.

I recently visited here for my first VCA appointment with Ricky and had an amazing experience! He was extremely helpful and very kind to my family and I! I was able to purchase my first piece here and im so happy with the service and experience!
