I thought this would be a quick trip yet they made me wait around half an hour just to receive some kind of help. Almost everyone that worked there was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming. A worker named Arthur was the only one that seemed willing to help and listen. Ended up wasting about an hour on something that only took a few minutes to fix. Definitely avoid shopping here as their quality has gone down and their staff seem to lack any interest in helping anyone they see as inferior!

The Latino Guy Gustav offered me water and chocolates which has never happened before, and I’ve been here a few times shopping for my wife. He let me try on the necklace, no pressure at all, and I ended up buying it. Security was also super nice. I’ll definitely be back for some plates and maybe another necklace… and I’m asking for Gustav again for sure.
