  Went here to fix my necklace that had previously broken twice. As the quality of their jewelry is so poor and subpar in the recent years. I thought this would be a quick trip yet they made me wait around half an hour just to receive some kind of help. Almost everyone that worked there was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming. A worker named Arthur was the only one that seemed willing to help and listen. Ended up wasting about an hour on something that only took a few minutes to fix. Definitely avoid shopping here as their quality has gone down and their staff seem to lack any interest in helping anyone they see as inferior!

  My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Andy on selecting on our wedding bands. He was so thoughtful, kind, and understanding during our selection process; extremely patient as well. He went above and beyond our expectations and cannot recommend him more. Amazing customer service

  Went in to this store to have some jewelry cleaned, I brought in a necklace with Tiffany heart pendant. I originally was gifted a Tiffany heart pendant bracelet back in 2017 purchased at the fashion valley store. I went to this store and exchangedthe bracelet for a necklace with a heart pendant. Coming into this location, Three workers were at the entrance and did not greet us, until I said hello first to one. A different associate-*ARACELI* helped us and was extremely passive aggressive and instantly said the chain I brought in was not Tiffany and Co. brand. I was baffled as this necklace I have never switched the chain and wore the necklace as I received it at the Tiffany store at fashion valley. She then proceeded to tell me that the associate who helped me in 2017 did not give me a tiffany chain and instead a random silver chain NOT THIS NAME BRAND. First of all, as a customer whose family has purchased many items through this company, I was appalled this happened to me and I wish I knew better to check for the symbol on the chain back then. Although it was not Araceli who did it, She was very rude and seemed to be accusing me of bringing in a random chain. I ensured her I have never changed the chain, I wore this necklace as I got it leaving the Tiffany and Co store. My mother was with me and she was the original purchaser of this item and confirmed by looking her history up. Araceli told us it showed when I exchanged in 2017 and the person who helped me no longer works there. Her customer service and attitude was not appreciated. My other family member who was with us had to walk away because of how rude this lady was. She was so bothered we had several jewelry items to dropped off and be cleaned. As a customer who discovered she was scammed whether it was another associate who doesn't work for the company anymore- she had zero empathy. Regardless, YOU REPRESENT ONE COMPANY. For how she made us feel, I will not be returning to this store. Not only did I lose faith in purchasing at this store or a different location- I lost faith in this company in all. Now I have a fake silver chain given to me from Tiffany and Co. imagine that. Only leaving this review now after picking up our cleaned jewelry- in case something was switched for a non-Tiffany item AGAIN. Won't be returning. It's too bad Jamie no longer works here- she was a wonderful and patient, attentive associate who made our experiences here a real "Tiffany shopping" experience.
