- JCJonathan Cerreta4 days ago1.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is now the second time I have experienced this issue at the Sunglass Hut in Fashion Valley. I purchased a pair of sunglasses at the Palm Springs location and attempted to return them here within the return window. The staff refused the return, claiming the glasses were “damaged,” which they absolutely were not. They were in the same condition as when they were purchased. What is especially concerning is that this exact situation has happened to me before at this same location. It feels less like policy enforcement and more like a tactic to avoid processing returns. If you plan to purchase from another Sunglass Hut location and return here, be aware that you may run into resistance regardless of the condition of your item. Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a national brand.

Who does that AND infront of a customer! Karen helped us a few times at the store, she’s amazing sales person!
