  This place sucks They lied to me on the phone about having my size just to get me to the store to buy a more expensive pair of glasses. After I drove 20 minutes out of my way and had to pay parking. $8.00 for the 20 minutes I was there. Just straight lies. Worst sunglass hut I have ever been in.

  While traveling for work I was in a pinch when the nosepiece on my sunglasses broke. I walked in expecting to buy a new pair of sunglasses, but the store manager Glen instead repaired my glasses and they are as good as new!! Incredibly friendly and helpful.

  Tony, Victoria, and Glen were a glam trio! Came in with my mom to get glasses for her, and they tag teamed it to help us find her a great pair, and ended up buying one for myself. No feeling of being rushed or pressured. It felt like a personal shopping experience, and walked out with some tips on places to eat! Thank you for your kindness and help!

  Upon entering the store in south center mall otherwise known as Westfield located in Tukwila Washington. At about 7:10pm my Fiancé and I entered and we headed straight to the designer brand glasses when Mariam or Miriam the only female out of two representatives working there approached us and without even greeting us directed us to the “Raybans”. To which I responded, “ no thank you, we are looking at the right area... designer.” My Fiancé and I were dressed casual and are fairly young so I can see why she would assume anything although it is not right to do so in retail.. While we were trying pairs on she wiped the SAME pair of glasses for about 20 minutes right next to us. Never did she ask if we needed help she was just being extremely vigilant as to what we were doing. I kept asking questions out loud to see if she would get the hint that I needed help such as “I wonder how much these are, Do these frame my face correctly, do these come in different colors etc” she simply discriminated us from the start. When we paid she was being very rude and she ID’d my Fiancé for paying... with his card.... We left with Burberry sunglasses. Won’t be returning to this store again, I’d rather make the trip to the bellevue location and get treated with more respect and dignity. I’m purely annoyed. She should not be working retail with that discrimination nor attitude.
