My daughter had a major accident with her Riggs Banana Leather boots and Ali took care of her beyond anything we ever expected. Ali’s level of personal attention, compassion, responsiveness and knowledge was 5-Star. It reminded me of the Nordstrom White Glove service from back in the day. Ali said, “We want your daughter to know she has a Steve Madden family.” What a beautiful sentiment! And Ali exemplified that sentiment 100%. We will always shop with Ali at Fashion Valley to support her store because the level of support she provided my daughter was unlike any retail experience we’ve had in many years. Thank you so much, Ali!
