Needed a screw, and called ahead. Steven at the shop tracked down a special screw from not sure where because every other shop was saying it was a special order item and he found a creative solution so I could fly home to Kenya with fixed sunglasses. He was out to lunch when I arrived but his teammate was in the loop, making for a quick stop. Thank you to the whole team!

Store Visit Review – 8/17/2025 (Evening)
I came into the store to purchase a new pair of Meta Ray-Ban glasses, since my old frame had stopped working. During the transaction, I did not see the sales associate open the box in front of me, but I trusted that I was being given a brand-new pair.
After leaving the store and attempting to connect the glasses in my car, I was surprised to see that the app indicated the glasses had already been connected to another device and prompted me to perform a factory reset. This was concerning, as it suggested the product was not new.
I immediately returned to the store and informed the sales staff. One of the associates responded that he had opened the box “in the back,” which I found troubling—why would a product be opened out of sight rather than in front of the customer? He then retrieved another pair, this time allowing me to open it myself. Upon doing so, I noticed the new glasses were properly wrapped with protective paper, something missing from the first pair, further confirming that the original product given to me was not new.
While I am thankful I caught this issue before unknowingly using a used device, the experience has left me questioning the store’s practices and whether I can trust future purchases here. Transparency during product handling and ensuring customers receive truly new items is extremely important, especially for high-value electronics.

Bad customer service from Rayban UTC, went in and wasn't greeted wasn't asked if I needed assistance until I was leaving, the two guys working there were more interested in talking to one another than helping me out.

There is a guy in there who was super rude and condescending. He slicks his hair back. the guy with slicked back hair had a terrible attitude and extremely bad customer service. Get over yourself. Your a grown man selling sun glasses, don’t act so pretentious and you might actually sell some.
